An update to the latest firmware version is typically performed as part of the activation process by an authorized Piaggio dealer. New Aprilia MIA control unit. Hardware update. It is equipped with internal memory to manage the numerous pre-installed tracks and record data during track sessions. This way, there’s no need to carry a smartphone with you, but after your track session, it’s easy to download the data from the memory to manage it using the apps available on your smartphone. To record lap times at the track without a smartphone, the Aprilia MIA must be connected to the GPS sensor (part number 2S002389), which must be purchased separately.
